Reflection, Commitments, and Closing Ceremony
November 16, 2025 – The final day of the Erasmus+ mobility „From Training to Leadership” brought together the emotions of parting, reflection on the learning journey, and participants’ commitment to put into practice the competencies acquired in their communities from Romania, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Turkey, and Spain.
The morning session was dedicated to evaluation and reflection on the entire learning journey. The trainers facilitated a debrief process through which participants analyzed their evolution over the seven days – from the first day of getting acquainted, through intensive theory and practice sessions, to the public facilitation event.
The group feedback circle allowed each participant to share their personal perspective on the experience, recognize moments of transformation, and express gratitude to colleagues, trainers, and organizers for the support offered throughout the mobility.
Next Steps and Commitments
After the break, the session was dedicated to building plans and making concrete commitments. Participants discussed how they would integrate leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and empathy competencies into their activities with youth groups in their home organizations.
Each participant formulated specific commitments – from organizing training sessions for colleagues in their organization to implementing the non-formal methods learned in their own projects. These commitments reflect the essence of the Erasmus+ program’s multiplier effect: the knowledge and competencies acquired by the 26 participants will be transmitted further in the five partner countries, extending the mobility’s impact.
Final Ceremony and Youthpass Certificates
The closing ceremony marked the official completion of the „From Training to Leadership” program. The atmosphere was charged with emotion – the joy of achievements, the nostalgia of parting after an intense week spent together, but also the strong desire to continue applying the learnings in practice.
The central moment of the ceremony was the awarding of Youthpass certificates – the official document recognizing competencies acquired within the Erasmus+ program. Each participant received the certificate validating their learning journey and developed competencies: communication, teamwork, intercultural competencies, leadership, and empathy.
The End of One Journey, the Beginning of Another
The seventh day of the „From Training to Leadership” mobility marked not just the completion of a training program, but the beginning of a new stage in the professional development of the 26 youth workers. With Youthpass certificates in hand, consolidated competencies, and newly created international networks, participants return to their communities prepared to become facilitators of change themselves.
The project demonstrates that investment in training youth workers generates extended impact: each participant becomes a multiplier of European non-formal education methods, positively influencing hundreds of young people from the five partner countries.
The „From Training to Leadership” mobility has ended, but the journey of authentic leadership has just begun.
The „From Training to Leadership” project was funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ program and took place between November 10-16, 2025, in Bucharest. The Atelierul European de Artă Cultural Association thanks the partner organizations from Lithuania (Centrines Europos tribuna), North Macedonia (NECI), Turkey (PANGEA Gençlik Derneği), and Spain (Asociación Sociocultural Almar) for their collaboration and all participants for their dedication and enthusiasm.
