<strong>Beneficiaries arrive on Sunday, work starts on Monday</strong>
The international mobility program „From Training to Leadership” starts on Monday, an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to developing leadership skills among young professionals in the field of youth work. During 8 intensive days, participants will explore the essential skills of a successful leader, from communication and team management to emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
The program combines interactive work sessions with moments of reflection and exchange of good practices between participants. Topics such as mentoring vs. coaching, building trust in youth teams, managing challenges, and time management will be addressed through non-formal education methods. Participants will have the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge acquired by facilitating workshops for young people in the local community.
A special moment of the program is the organized visit to the Palace of Parliament, offering participants the opportunity to discover one of Romania’s most emblematic buildings. The program ends with an intercultural evening, where each participant will be able to share the traditions and culture of their country.
This mobility represents a valuable opportunity for young leaders to strengthen their professional skills, build international networks, and prepare for leadership roles in their organizations.
